Correct or remove your data

If you appear in this directory and want to correct information, or want us to stop publishing you, we act on the request. You do not need to explain why.

What happens when we receive your request

1. We suppress your record from publication immediately, before resolving the request.
2. The suppression is kept even if we re-import the original source, so you will not reappear in the next update.
3. We confirm in writing what we did.

Correction instead of removal

If what you want is to fix a wrong fact, claiming your profile is usually better: you keep the visibility and your details are shown as confirmed by the practice, with the date. Claim my profile.

The request form is wired up in M5 of the implementation plan. Until then, requests are handled by email.
