Privacy notice
What we publish
We publish professional data only: name, practice address, practice phone number, specialty, professional licence number, hospital affiliations, languages and insurance accepted. We do not publish home addresses, personal contact details or sensitive data.
Where it comes from
From public registers: INEGI's Directorio Estadístico Nacional de Unidades Económicas (DENUE), the CLUES catalog of the Dirección General de Información en Salud, OpenStreetMap, the Consejo de Salubridad General, the SEP's Registro Nacional de Profesionistas, and medical directories published by hospitals and insurers. Every fact shows its source and the date it was observed.
Why
So that people can find and compare medical care in Mexico City. We do not profile patients or track health-related browsing.
Usage measurement
We use PostHog to learn which pages are reached and whether the directory is useful. It is configured to measure without identifying: no cookies, no visitor profiles, no IP address stored, no session recording, and no automatic capture of page text. We honour your browser's Do Not Track signal.
We record page views and a short set of intent actions: revealing a phone number, opening directions, opening a practice website, starting or submitting a profile claim, and requesting data removal. They are stored in aggregate and are not tied to a person. That is why the statement above still holds: we do not profile patients.
Your ARCO rights
You can request access, rectification, cancellation or opposition regarding your data. On receiving a request we suppress the record from publication immediately, before resolving it, and the suppression is kept even if we re-import the original source.
